Check valve inserts for reciprocating compressors
Check valves in compressor-valve design prevent gas from flowing back. We develop, design and supply check valve inserts and internals – to our own design, to your drawing or from a sample. Every insert is calculated for your compressor and operating point, not picked from a catalogue.
What we supply

Designed, not selected
Opening pressure, spring force, lift and flow area decide whether a check valve runs smoothly or flutters. We calculate these values for your gas or gas mixture, your pressures and your flow rate – for air as well as process gases, with calculations for pressures up to 500 bar.
Because our inserts are built like compressor working valves, they are particularly suited to pulsating flow.

Do you supply original parts?
No. We supply matching alternative parts, designed and specified under our own responsibility.
Is it possible without a drawing?
Yes. From a sample or photos with dimensions we reconstruct the insert and its internals.
Why does my check valve flutter?
Common causes are incorrect spring design, a flow area too large for the actual flow rate, or wear on plate and seat. We check this against your operating data.
