Piston, rider and packing rings
Our rings and packings are suitable for horizontal, vertical and V-type cylinders, for dry-running and lubricated compressors and for all technical gases including oxygen service. Benefits: low friction and wear, no stick-slip effect and therefore lower breakaway forces, reduced oil consumption – and longer compressor service life.
Unloaders for capacity control
Unloaders (pneumatic unloader heads) open the suction valve and hold it open – the cylinder runs idle and the capacity drops. Two designs:
- Direct acting (air-to-unload): compressed air opens the suction valve; without air, the spring returns to full load.
- Reverse acting (spring-to-unload): without control pressure the spring pushes the suction valve open; pressure is applied for full load.
Mounted with a four-bolt flange on the valve cover; a bore in the housing vents the process gas.

Yes. We manufacture anything from a single part to series – including individual valve plates or springs from a sample.
Which material is right for my valve plate?
That depends on gas, temperature, pressure difference and speed. We calculate the load and recommend metal or PEEK.
