Industrial valves
Industrial valves for process plants
Our valve design is not limited to compressors. For process plants in the chemical and petrochemical industries we develop and supply plate valves and check valve inserts – materials, springs and flow area matched to your medium and operating point. Made to our own design, your drawing or a sample.

What we supply
- Plate valves for process gases, designed and calculated for your operating point
- Check valve inserts without housing for installation in existing housings
- Internals and repair kits: valve seats, guards, valve plates, valve springs and damper plates
- To your drawing or sample, including designs that are no longer available
Which media?
- Chlorine gas: materials and springs matched to dry chlorine and its accompanying gases
- Oxygen (O₂): plate valves for oxygen compressors – materials and oil- and grease-free execution for oxygen service
- Sour gas (H₂S): materials for gases containing hydrogen sulphide
- Other corrosive process gases: material selection by medium, moisture and temperature
- Gas mixtures of up to 40 components, calculated with our own software
Designed for your medium
With aggressive media, the choice of material decides the service life – and the design decides whether the valve runs smoothly. We select materials for seat, guard, plates and springs by medium, moisture and temperature, from stainless steels to nickel-based alloys. Opening pressure, spring force, lift and flow area are calculated for your actual gas or gas mixture.
What we need for a quotation
- Medium and gas composition, including moisture content
- Pressures, temperatures and flow rate
- Installation dimensions, housing drawing or the old part
- Quantity and delivery date
Frequently asked questions
Do you supply complete valves with housing?
No. We supply valve inserts and internals for installation in existing housings – developed, calculated and manufactured to our specifications.
Can you replicate an existing valve insert?
Yes. From a sample, a drawing or photos with dimensions we reconstruct the insert and check materials and design for your medium.
Which materials do you use?
That depends on medium, moisture content and temperature – from stainless steels to nickel-based alloys such as 2.4610. The selection is based on your operating data.
Send us a drawing, photo or nameplate
Send whatever you have – drawing, photo of the sample, nameplate or operating data. We usually reply within 24 hours on working days and prepare a free, non-binding quotation for you.
